CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR/EASTER BREAK:
No single room rental, the whole property has to be rented for a week, please inquire for pricing.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations with more than 60 days notice get full credit towards a future stay or refund minus a 20% fee, if less than 60 days we will only refund what we are able to re-book, minus the 20% fee; we recommend traveler insurance.
